The original kitchen diner was stripped back to a bear shell to create an open plan food prep and dining area. The new opening that defined the kitchen dining area was knocked out, installing 2 steel Ibeams. New ceilings were constructed using metal frames to create the raised sections in the middle and to give ventilation for spot lights.
The island unit, decorative doors and all architraves were handmade, bespoke to the customer’s designs.
